I have become very interested lately in the different very extravagant hairstyles that were popular among wealthy noble women in Korea. I learned from my friend @kira_green that the center part was for a specific class of royal women, and our guess for the side updo is for kisaeng (geisha) women. Please write to me if you have more info on these hairstyles.
